Real.Travel provides you a way to activate and register your voucher online. Complete your online registration by creating an account and following the steps at www.FTRegistration.com. When registering your voucher online, please be sure to add to your “Safe Senders List” within your email account, the address noreply@FTRegistration.com to ensure safe delivery of all emails you will receive throughout the process. Real.Travel cannot be held responsible for any email communications that end up in a spam filter and not received by the recipient. After you have activated your vacation voucher online, you will be provided with instructions via email to complete your registration, select your destination and select your preferred travel dates. You are required to register this offer within 45 days from the issue date.

The attached Registration Form must be Issued and Dated by an authorized Sponsor. To be able to receive the Offer described in this brochure, you must complete and sign the original attached Registration Form and mail it to Real.Travel so that it is postmarked within 45 days from, and including, the Form’s Issue Date (i.e., Valid Registration). Mail to: Real.Travel, 5077 Fruitville Road, Suite 109 #315, Sarasota, FL 34232. Failure to complete and sign the Registration Form and/or postmark it by the Registration Deadline will invalidate this Offer. Incomplete Registration Forms will invalidate this Offer. No photocopies or facsimiles will be accepted; only original documents delivered by mail will be accepted. Any alteration of the Registration Form will invalidate this Offer.

Assuming Valid Registration, an Acknowledgement Letter will be emailed/mailed to the Primary Traveler listed on the Registration Form. You will receive an Acknowledgement Letter from Real.Travel within 14 days of our receipt of your Registration Form which will request your preferred travel dates and tax deposit. Fill out your Acknowledgement Letter by:

a. Selecting two different dates, in chronological order, at least 21 days between choices, and at least 60 days in advance of your earliest departure date. The acknowledgement letter will provide you with a toll-free number to contact us with your preferred travel dates.

b. Submit your government-imposed tax deposit which will be in the amount of approximately $25.00 USD. If there is a difference, the balance will be refunded or requested, as may be the case.

Once we secure a reservation we will contact you with the details, including disclosure of the actual taxes, which range from $6.00 to $56.00 USD. You will receive a Confirmation Letter, approximately 21 days prior to your confirmed travel date, to present upon check-in. We recommend that you do not book your airfare reservations (if applicable) until you are confirmed at the destination and date of your choice. The retail value of this offer is $130.00 to $450.00 USD, based on season, destination and availability. 1. Your Registration Form must be issued, dated, and signed by an authorized sponsor. No facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted; original documents only.
2. This voucher is valid for accommodations only. It does not include airfare, transportation to or from the airport or hotel, baggage fees, taxes, portage, gratuities, hotel/resort fees (if applicable) paid at the hotel, or incidental personal expenses.
3. All reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking which may be affected by special events. This offer is not available for travel five days before and five days after a major holiday (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
4. Groups may not use this offer (any two couples attempting to travel together with different vouchers). This voucher may not be used with another vacation offer. This voucher may not be given away, it is nontransferable, cannot be sold, has no cash value, is for promotional use only, and is void where prohibited by law. Because this is a promotion, Real.Travel will only honor one voucher per household, per family, per person, per year. This offer is not available to employees, friends, or relatives of employees of the sponsoring company. Please safeguard your voucher, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees are not being charged to utilize this voucher but rather fees incurred to cancel your confirmed reservations. If you need to cancel confirmed reservations more than eight business days prior to your arrival date, there will be a $25.00 USD fee. If you need to cancel confirmed reservations within seven business days prior to your arrival or fail to check in for a confirmed reservation you will be charged a $75.00-$150.00 USD fee (depending on seasonal rack rates), which will be guaranteed by credit card. Any cancellation will result in this offer being void.
6. Real.Travel will not be responsible for any Act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing dates and/or accommodations to become unavailable. If such a circumstance occurs, we will offer substitute dates and/or accommodations. Trip Protection is recommended.
7. Both travelers must sign the Registration Form, be 21 years of age or older, and possess one major credit card.
8. Validated vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.
9. Real.Travel is not responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not contained in this voucher. Real.Travel wants you to have the best experience possible, so if there is any additional assistance you may require, please notify your reservationist. Please note, travel outside the United States requires a valid passport.
   

You are required to register this offer within 45 days from the date of the voucher issue date. The issue date can be found written or stamped by distributor on the front of the mail in portion of the voucher. If you have not received your Acknowledgment Letter from Real.Travel within 14 days of registration, please contact Customer Service at helpdesk@goreal.travel or send us a text message at (941) 957-9393. You will be required to submit your preferred travel dates and tax deposit within 21 days of the date of your Acknowledgment Letter which will be judged by the postmark on your envelope. Your agreement to these Privileges and Procedures indicates you will adhere to the terms and deadlines outlined in this offer and failure to meet any deadline will result in this offer becoming void.
