Welcome to Real.Travel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Real.Travel website (the “Site”), our incentive travel certificates and services (collectively, the “Services”), whether you are a business purchasing incentives or an individual registering a certificate.

By using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Site or Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use our Services. By registering or using a travel certificate, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Services Provided

Real.Travel partners with sponsors, travel providers, and fulfillment agents to deliver promotional travel incentives. These incentives may include hotel stays, cruises, resort accommodations, airfare rebates, or similar travel experiences.

Details and limitations of each certificate are disclosed at the time of issuance and during the registration process.
Certificate Registration & Redemption

All certificates must be registered within the timeframe specified on the certificate or confirmation email. Failure to register by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the offer.

Once registered, users will receive instructions for completing the redemption process, including applicable booking fees, required deposits, travel windows, and destination choices.
No Resale or Transfer

Travel certificates may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval from Real.Travel. Doing so may void the certificate.
Limitations of Use

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or fulfillment process
- Misrepresent your identity or eligibility during registration
Cancellations and Refunds

Each incentive offer is subject to specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies which are disclosed during registration. Real.Travel is not responsible for cancellations caused by third-party vendors, weather events, or travel restrictions.
Limitation of Liability

Real.Travel is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or Services, including lost profits, lost travel opportunities, or personal injury resulting from travel. Use of travel incentives is at the recipient’s own risk.
Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
