Congratulations on receiving your Select a Cruise! This voucher entitles the recipient to their choice of one of three different cruise-length options as outlined in this voucher. Please carefully read and follow all Privileges and Procedures. Enjoy your adventure!

Complete your online registration by creating an account and following the steps at www.FTRegistration.com. When registering your voucher online, please be sure to add to your "Safe Senders List" within your email account, the address noreply@FTRegistration.com to ensure safe delivery of all emails you will receive throughout the process. Real.Travel cannot be held responsible for any email communications that end up in a spam filter and not received by the recipient. After you have activated your vacation voucher online, you will be provided with instructions via email to complete your registration, select your destination, and select your preferred travel dates.

1. This voucher is valid for two adults to cruise on their choice of a 3-, 4-, or 5-night cruise (double occupancy required). Cabin accommodations are in an entry-level stateroom. Additional cabins can be booked at a discounted rate and will incur a $50.00 USD service fee. 
2. To be eligible for this offer, passengers must be 24 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card. United States travelers need a valid Passport and photo ID.  Resident aliens need a valid Passport and Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid Passport and valid U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Please contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about necessary travel documentation. It is the traveler's responsibility to bring proper ID and have printed boarding passes the day of the cruise. Without these documents, you could be denied boarding the cruise.  
3. Vouchers expire one year from date of issue. Travel must be completed by expiration date. All reservation requirements in this cruise voucher must be met. A minimum of 90 days' advance notice is required to process your reservation request.
4. This travel promotion is subject to blackout dates, specifically excluding travel between February and August, as well as the five days before and after these major holidays: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
5. Port charges, government taxes, fuel surcharges, applicable processing and service fees must be received immediately upon booking. Port charges, government taxes, and fuel surcharges vary according to cruise choices, departure port, and cruise line. For a three (3) night cruise, port charges, government taxes, and fuel surcharges range from $150.00 - $180.00 USD per person, plus a $39.95 USD per person, per night processing and service fee. For a four (4) night cruise, port charges, government taxes, and fuel surcharges range from $180.00 - $200.00 USD per person, plus a $39.95 USD per person, per night processing and service fee. For a five (5) night cruise, port charges, government taxes, and fuel surcharges range from $250.00 - $270.00 USD per person, plus a $39.95 USD per person, per night processing and service fee. Port charges, government taxes, and fuel surcharges are an estimate and are subject to change.
6. The cruise lines utilized on the Select a Cruise are major cruise lines. Real.Travel reserves the right to select the cruise line and departing port utilized at the time of booking. Subject to Real.Travel's allotment of availability.
7. Taxes, gratuities, upgraded meal plans, and items of a personal nature are not included and are the responsibility of each traveler. Real.Travel assumes no liability for the loss or theft of baggage or personal effects. Passenger departure taxes, customs duties, immigration fees, and any other governmental levies or charges are subject to itinerary-specific cruises and represent additional costs to the traveler. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice prior to booking.
8. Transportation to and from your departure point and parking fees are the responsibility of each traveler.
9. This offer is not valid for groups (any two couples attempting to travel together with different vouchers) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional travel package. Do not leave for your cruise until you have received written confirmation. All cruise arrangements must be made through Real.Travel and are booked according to the availability of Real.Travel's allotment of staterooms. Cabins for third and fourth persons, when available, must be purchased through Real.Travel at the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines.
10. Real.Travel is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control, that causes the cruise to become unavailable. Real.Travel reserves the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation should circumstances so require. If this offer becomes unavailable, Real.Travel has the option to substitute another travel incentive of equal or greater value.
11. Real.Travel, its agents, assignees or designees act independently of the cruise lines and not as agents or employees thereof, and will not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury, or damage to persons, property, or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the services provided by the cruise lines.
12. This is an offer to sell travel and is not valid where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Real.Travel assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.
13. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant registration forms will not be acknowledged, processed or returned. No replacements will be issued, and offer will be considered void. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one offer can be redeemed per household, per person, per year.

All reservation requests require a minimum of 90 days' advance notice. Once you complete the online registration and select your cruise itinerary and travel dates, a Real.Travel cruise agent will contact you with cruise options approximately 60 days prior to your requested travel date. All reservations are based upon Real.Travel's allotment of availability. If the cruise itinerary you requested is not available, you will be required to resubmit alternate itineraries and dates. Your agreement to these Privileges and Procedures indicates you will adhere to the terms and deadlines outlined in this offer and failure to meet any terms and deadlines will result in this offer becoming void.
