Real.Travel provides you a way to activate and register your voucher online. Complete your online registration by creating an account and following the steps at www.FTRegistration.com. When registering your voucher online, please be sure to add to your “Safe Senders List” within your email account, the address noreply@FTRegistration.com to ensure safe delivery of all emails you will receive throughout the process. Real.Travel cannot be held responsible for any email communications that end up in a spam filter and not received by the recipient. After you have activated your vacation voucher online, you will be provided with instructions via email to complete your registration, select your destination and select your preferred travel dates. You are required to register this offer within 60 days from the issue date.

The attached Registration Form must be Issued and Dated by an authorized Sponsor. To be able to receive the Offer described in this brochure, you must complete and sign the original attached Registration Form and mail it to Real.Travel so that it is postmarked within 60 days from, and including, the Form’s Issue Date (i.e., Valid Registration). Failure to complete and sign the Registration Form and/or postmark it by the Registration Deadline will invalidate this Offer. Incomplete Registration Forms will invalidate this Offer. No photocopies or facsimiles will be accepted; only original documents delivered by mail will be accepted. Any alteration of the Registration Form will invalidate this Offer.

This brochure is published to share information about the Terms & Conditions of the Offer and does not guarantee travel. Lost, misplaced or stolen brochures and/or Registration Forms will NOT be replaced.

Subject to all of these Terms & Conditions, this Offer is valid for two people (at least one of whom must be 21 years of age or older) to share one standard room for two consecutive nights at a choice of one of the following destinations: Anaheim CA, Ensenada Mexico, Eureka CA, Lake Havasu AZ, Lake Tahoe CA/NV, Las Vegas NV, Newport OR, Palm Springs CA, Petrified Forest AZ, Phoenix AZ, Prescott AZ, Reno NV, Salt Lake City UT, San Diego CA, Santa Fe NM, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park CA, Tucson AZ, Umpqua Valley OR, Victoria BC, Wine Country CA, Yakima Valley WA or Zion National Park UT. The hotel will be an economy-class hotel selected by and booked by Real.Travel.

This Offer is redeemable for accommodations only. No refund for any unused portion will be made. This brochure and the Registration Form and the Acknowledgement Letter are not redeemable for cash and will be void if raffled, bartered, sold for cash or other consideration, copied or altered in any manner.

Assuming Valid Registration, an Acknowledgement Letter will be emailed/mailed to the Primary Traveler listed on the Registration Form. The Acknowledgement Letter will contain a unique Certificate # assigned to the Primary Traveler as well as Real.Travel’s contact information necessary to request a Reservation. You will not be able to request a Reservation until you have received this Acknowledgement Letter. Only persons who have a Valid Registration by the Registration Deadline and who are at least 21 years or older are eligible for this Offer. Once the Registration Form has been mailed to Real.Travel, it becomes non-transferable.

Prior to being mailed, the Registration Form may be transferred by gift only to someone who meets the eligibility requirements noted above and will be void if raffled, bartered, sold for cash or other consideration, copied or altered in any way. The Acknowledgement Letter is non-transferable and may not be given away, sold, raffled or bartered. This Offer is for promotional use only and is void where prohibited by law. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer or voucher. This Offer is not available to employees, friends, or relatives of employees of the sponsoring company. Group travel (2 or more Primary Travelers requesting to travel together using 2 or more Acknowledgement Letters) is not permitted. No more than one Real.Travel Registration Form per traveler or household will be accepted in any twelve-month period.

Reservation Requests are processed based on Real.Travel’s contractual availability. When requesting a Reservation, you will be required to provide a minimum of 45 days’ advance notice along with EITHER 1 destination choice with 2 valid travel dates that are separated by at least 15 calendar days OR 1 valid travel date and 2 different and valid destination choices (1 destination choice with 1 travel date will not be accepted; 2 destination choices with 2 travel dates will not be accepted).

The Offer expires one (1) year from the Issue Date on your Registration Form. All travel must be completed by the expiration date.

Travel is not permitted to any destination from December 16 to January 4th and over any holiday and the holiday’s accompanying weekend (“holiday” is defined as any holiday observed by the US Post Office which include Martin Luther King Day in Jan., Presidents’ Day in Feb., Memorial Day in May, July 4th, Labor Day in Sept., Columbus Day in Oct., Veterans Day in Nov., and Thanksgiving in Nov.).

Travel is not permitted to the following destinations during the range of dates listed: Eureka CA from May 1-May 31 and Oct 1-Oct 31; Lake Havasu AZ from March 1-March 31; Newport OR from June 1-Aug 31; Umpqua Valley OR from Oct 1-Oct 31; Wine Country CA from Oct 1-Oct 31; Yakima Valley WA from Sept 1-Oct 31; Zion National Park UT from Oct 1-Oct 31.

Travel is not permitted on Friday and/or Saturday nights year-round. Sunday through Wednesday arrivals only.

Please be aware that travel will not be available during any Special Event that restricts Real.Travel’s hotel availability in that destination (for example: during the Consumer Electronic Show every January in Las Vegas) so if you knowingly or unknowingly select a date during such a Special Event, Real.Travel reserves the right to request additional valid date or destination choices.

Airfare, transportation to/from the hotel, food and beverages, incidental charges, activities and tours, resort fees (if applicable), parking fees (if applicable), baggage handling and gratuities are not included.

Hotel tax (ranging from $17.00 to $44.00 USD per 2-night hotel stay, depending on travel date), booking fees and trip protection are not included and will be payable to Real.Travel at the time of booking. Hotel taxes vary depending on location and time of year. After Real.Travel has received your valid Reservation Request in accordance with the Acknowledgement Letter, a Reservation Specialist will contact Voucher Holder a minimum of 30 days prior to requested travel date. The retail value of this offer is $250.00 to $400.00 USD, based on season, destination, and availability.

Changes are not permitted. Cancellation of any kind will result in forfeiture of the Offer. All cancellation requests of a confirmed and fully paid Reservation must be made in writing to Real.Travel and emailed to: helpdesk@goreal.travel. It is your responsibility to contact Real.Travel if you do not receive verbal or written acknowledgement of your cancellation request within 3 business days. Representatives are available to assist you from 9:00am-5:00pm ET, Monday-Friday. Provided Real.Travel receives the written cancellation at least 14 days before the confirmed check-in date, Real.Travel will refund (to the Primary Traveler) all money paid directly to Real.Travel in connection with the cancelled Reservation.

Written cancellations received by Real.Travel less than 14 days before the confirmed check-in date and no-shows will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. Trip protection is recommended.

Real.Travel is solely and fully responsible for the booking of the Offer made in this brochure. Real.Travel has contracted with independent suppliers to provide the accommodations included in this Offer. Neither Real.Travel, the Sponsor, nor any of either company’s affiliates, employees or representatives are responsible for the acts and/or omissions of these independent suppliers and their employees, agents or representatives. Real.Travel is the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions. All Requests for Reservations are subject to the Terms & Conditions imposed by Real.Travel. All bookings are processed subject to the conditions imposed by the suppliers, firms or agents concerned with the bookings, and Real.Travel accepts no responsibility for their delay, overbooking, strike, force majeure or for elements of this Offer not used by the recipient or traveler. Real.Travel will accept no responsibility for liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however happened, sustained or suffered in or during any trip or in the carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through Real.Travel.

It is your responsibility to ensure that, when traveling to Ensenada MX, you and all members of your party possess a valid passport. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the hotel stay and forfeiture of all money paid directly to Real.Travel.

Do not rely on representations other than those included in these Terms & Conditions. Real.Travel assumes no responsibility for any representation, written or verbal, made in conjunction with this Offer by any company, firm or person, other than what is specifically stated in these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions cannot be changed or amended.

If circumstances beyond Real.Travel’s control require changes to be made to the offered destinations, hotels or itineraries, Real.Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar quality or to make changes to the itinerary. Real.Travel will not be responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money or other circumstances resulting from such a change in destination, itinerary or hotel substitution.

Real.Travel is not responsible for any electronic, computer, telephone, security, virus or other problem, loss, cost or damage related to the receipt of any emails from Real.Travel.

Notice: The hotel requires a credit card at check-in to cover incidentals.

Submission of the Registration Form to Real.Travel constitutes consent to all provisions of the Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with any term or deadline will cause this offer to become void. A contract is made when your tax payment is accepted by Real.Travel at Sarasota, Florida and any dispute shall be governed by Florida law and shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, USA to the exclusion of the Courts of any other State. The party prevailing in any legal action shall be entitled to an award of all legal costs and expenses including a reasonable sum for attorney fees and costs on appeal.
