Complete your online registration by creating an account and following the steps at www.FTRegistration.com. When registering your voucher online, please be sure to add to your "Safe Senders List" within your email account, the address noreply@FTRegistration.com to ensure safe delivery of all emails you will receive throughout the process. Real.Travel cannot be held responsible for any email communications that end up in a spam filter and not received by the recipient. After you have activated your vacation voucher online, you will be provided with instructions via email to complete your registration, select your destination, and select your preferred travel dates.

Assuming valid registration, you will be prompted to submit your refundable registration deposit which will be in the amount of $50.00 USD plus any applicable child fees.

1. This voucher entitles the recipient to two nights of hotel accommodations at one of the locations described (subject to availability and certain restrictions). To be eligible for this offer, you must be 21 years of age or older. A husband and wife or cohabitants must travel together to use this voucher. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card (NO DEBIT CARDS) to cover the cost of incidental charges. This offer is only available to U.S. residents or Canadian residents.
2. All reservation requests require a minimum of 45 days' advance notice. A booking fee of $29.00 USD will be added to all reservations at the time of booking.
3. Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be acknowledged, processed or returned. No replacements will be issued. Please safeguard your voucher, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
4. Reservations are booked approximately 21-30 days in advance of your requested arrival date. All reservations are based upon Real. Travel's allotment of availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation has been confirmed.
5. Your confirmation letter and two forms of identification (driver's license and a major credit card- NO DEBIT CARDS) must be present upon check-in.
6. This vacation offer provides standard hotel accommodations for two adults. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parents' room for $10.00 USD per child, payable to Real.Travel and submitted with your Vacation Planning Form. Sorry, no pets allowed.
7. Vouchers expire one year from date of issue. Travel must be completed by the expiration date.
8. Check-in date varies depending on destination. When requesting a reservation, you will be required to provide two destinations, two different dates, in chronological order, at least 15 days between choices, and at least 45 days in advance of your earliest departure date. All Destinations have limited availability during peak season or holidays. Weekend arrivals may require a surcharge.
9. This voucher is valid for standard hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, taxes, meals, resort /hotel fees, or any other miscellaneous expenses. At the time of booking, the total financial obligation to the traveler will range from $44.00 - $71.00 USD for hotel taxes. Hotel taxes vary depending on location and time of year. Hotel taxes are collected upon confirmation with a credit card. Real.Travel, its agents, assignees, and designees, act only as agents for hotels and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury, or damage to persons, property, or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.
10. There is a $50.00 USD fee to reschedule or change a confirmed reservation. No changes can be made to a confirmed reservation within 14 days of your check-in date. To request changes, send a text message to the Real.Travel Help Desk at (941) 957-9393. Representatives are available to assist you Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Trip protection is highly recommended.
11. If you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, you will forfeit your $50.00 USD room deposit and will result in this offer becoming void. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
12. Real.Travel will not be responsible for any Act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing dates and/or accommodations to become unavailable. If such a circumstance occurs, we will offer substitute dates and/or accommodations.
13. Two or more vacation vouchers may not be used consecutively or within a 12-month period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
14. You may request a refund of your registration deposit by emailing a copy of the completed and signed validation form (sent to you with the confirmation letter) to helpdesk@goreal.travel. The validation form must be signed and validated by hotel staff during or at the end of your stay. The request for your deposit must be submitted no later than 60 days from the date of travel.
15. This offer is not valid for group travel (any two couples attempting to travel together with different vouchers) or for attending a convention. No exceptions.
16. This voucher may be transferred to a third party (prior to registration) as a gift offer only, providing the recipient meets the terms and conditions of this voucher.

All reservation requests require a minimum of 45 days' advance notice. A Real.Travel booking agent will contact you with hotel options approximately 30 days prior to your requested travel date. All reservations are based upon Real.Travel's allotment of availability. If the destinations you requested are not available, you will be required to resubmit alternate destinations and dates. Your agreement to these Privileges and Procedures indicates you will adhere to the terms and deadlines outlined in this offer and failure to meet any terms and deadlines will result in this offer becoming void.
